want, anytime of the day and any day of the week.
This policy eliminates the traditional culture

Group CEO quoted, “We’re proud to change the status quo today. The reason
for change was when we asked a question– if we ourselves look for a job today,
what would we seek from the enterprise? And with that, we realised the need to
transform. We’re proud to have hundreds of BVCites with us for over 5, 10, 15
and 20 years. Some BVCites have worked with us for over 40 years! The new policy reflects our trust in our
team through action, not just words and reinforces our 60-year-old-startup
BVC believes its policies will attract

transformation of the company.
