The state-of-the-art facility, located
near port of Hazira, is expected to enhance the region's trade and logistics
efficiency, benefiting both local and international businesses.
The newly launched Rail Linked
Container Freight Station (CFS) is capable of handling up to 36,000 containers
annually.
The
facility is equipped with advanced technology and security systems, as well as
specialized equipment for handling various types of cargo, including
perishables and hazardous materials. The world class CFS will boost economic
growth and competitiveness, as well as help drive overall logistics
efficiencies in the region.

DP World’s CFS will serve as a hub for
consolidating and deconsolidating cargo, facilitating customs clearance, and
providing warehousing and distribution services. It will offer value-added services,
such as labelling, repackaging, and quality control, to meet the diverse needs
of customers.
