initiative integrates sorting, fulfilment, consolidation, cross-docking,
value-added services, and secondary transportation across a multi-city
footprint spanning 6-9 metros plus Tier 2/3 markets. Key upgrades include
tripling transshipment centres to 71, the new Allcargo Extended Reach (AER)
network covering 100% of PIN codes (mapped from 21,000 to 32,000+), and
doubling direct serviceable PINs to 10,000+ via distribution centres.
Technology like Warehouse
Management Systems (WMS) drives inventory visibility, route optimisation, and
vehicle efficiency to meet ultra-fast delivery demands. “Logistics must be the
