Softlink Academy, the skilling initiative of Softlink Global Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M.V. Mandali's Colleges of Commerce and Science to introduce specialized software training for students and strengthen the connection between academic education and the evolving requirements of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

The collaboration aims to equip students with practical, industry-relevant skills through hands-on training on enterprise software used in logistics operations. The initiative is designed to help students complement their academic learning with technology exposure and develop capabilities relevant to careers across the logistics and supply chain sector.

Under the MoU, M.V. Mandali's Colleges of Commerce and Science will be responsible for student enrollment, marketing and conducting the training sessions, appointing qualified trainers, and issuing certificates of completion to students who successfully complete the program.

Amit Maheshwari, Founder & CEO, Softlink Global, said:

"Our Academy initiative exists to close the skills gap in the freight forwarding industry. Partnering with M V Mandali's College allows us to reach students early, give them meaningful exposure to our software, and support them through placement, creating a pipeline of industry-ready talent."

The initiative reinforces Softlink Academy's commitment to collaborating with educational institutions and creating employment-aligned learning opportunities for the next generation of logistics professionals.
