    The Publisher of Sagar Sandesh is Dr.R.Lakshmipathy, who is also the publisher of Dinamalar-a National Tamil Daily, published from 10 centres of Tamilnadu, with 1.5 million subscriber base.
    Dr.R.Lakshmipathy is also the President of R.L.Nautical Scienes which is in existence since 1999. It was an off campus program of BITS PILANI and now it is affiliated to Indian Maritime University, Chennai, Tamilnadu. It has produced hundreds of students for the past 20 years and they are sailing all over the world.
