The Workshop was attended by over 70 delegates comprising of IMC members and a wide range of maritime stakeholders, including  Major ports, Indian Ports Association, State Maritime Boards, Shipping lines, Indian Maritime University, Seafarers’ unions, Shipping agencies, Ship Management companies, D.G.Shipping, Coastal Shipping etc.
