OMV New Zealand awarded a long-term contract to the
2009-built MMA Vision anchor handler. The
deal is for up to five years and will start immediately after its current deal,
which ends in July 2026.
“The MMA Vision has
been operating in New Zealand waters for many years, and this renewal reflects
its strong track record in the region,” Cyan Renewables said on social
media.
The vessel has been working in the region for five years, with Kingston
Offshore Services serving as the local manning and general ships agent.
