A deep-water crew is
scheduled to mobilise in early June 2026. The agreement with the unnamed
customer will ensure that the same crew which the client used before will
execute the work. “This is part of a
long-term agreement, and as such, we have worked extensively together with our
client on survey design solutions,” said Kristian Johansen, CEO of TGS.
The announcement comes a week after TGS stated it
was moving ahead with a multi-client seismic campaign in the Norwegian North
Sea by launching a new 3D streamer survey in the Åsta Graben area.
