Under the agreement, J M Baxi Ports and Logistics will
operate and manage the Mumbai Clean Cargo Terminal for an initial period
of 10 years, with a provision for extension by an additional five
years. The company will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and
customer-focused terminal operations, aimed at enhancing cargo handling
efficiency, improving operational performance, and supporting the growing trade
requirements at Mumbai Port. The partnership underscores the shared commitment
of J M Baxi Ports and Logistics and the Mumbai Port Authority towards
operational excellence, modernization of port infrastructure, and the
development of future-ready cargo handling facilities. The initiative is also
expected to create greater opportunities for trade while strengthening
collaboration with customers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders. The agreement marks another significant
