Allcargo Logistics Strengthens MSME Supply Chains with Expanded Nationwide Logistics Network

The company said its Domestic Supply Chain, Express Distribution and Consultative Logistics businesses are helping MSMEs improve supply chain efficiency, expand market reach and enhance delivery reliability through an integrated nationwide logistics network.      Over the past year, Allcargo Logistics has supported businesses across key MSME clusters, including Chikankari garments in Lucknow, carpets in Bhadohi, rubber footwear in Kanpur and dry fruits from Jammu & Kashmir. Its multimodal transportation network, nationwide distribution infrastructure and real-time shipment tracking have enabled faster movement of goods, improved supply chain visibility and better access to customers across metro as well as Tier II, III and IV markets.   Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director & CEO, Allcargo Logistics, said India’s specialised MSME clusters play a vital role in regional economic growth and preserving the country’s manufacturing heritage. He said technology-enabled logistics is essential for helping these businesses expand into new markets by improving speed, visibility and reliability across the supply chain. To strengthen its logistics network, Allcargo Logistics has expanded its transshipment centres from 21 to 71 and increased coverage under its Allcargo Extended Reach (AER) network to 100% of India’s serviceable PIN codes. The company has also expanded mapped PIN codes from 21,000 to over 32,000, while direct serviceable PIN codes have more than doubled from 4,900 to over 10,000 through its distribution centres.   According to the company, the expanded network enables MSMEs to reduce transit times, improve service levels and efficiently connect with customers across urban and emerging markets.      Allcargo Logistics added that its integrated logistics capabilities, including route optimisation, load consolidation and enhanced supply chain visibility, are helping businesses build more efficient, resilient and scalable supply chains while supporting long-term growth.
