A delegation led by R. U. Singh, President and CEO of TCI Seaways, met Sachin S. Kurve, IAS, Chairman of Chennai Port Authority, to discuss the proposed service and opportunities to strengthen maritime connectivity between the two countries.    The discussions focused on facilitating bilateral trade, improving regional logistics efficiency and developing effective shipping solutions to support cross-border commerce. The proposed service could also strengthen port-to-port cooperation and create additional maritime trade opportunities between India and Thailand.
