India, Panama Reaffirm Commitment to Strengthen Maritime Cooperation
India and Panama have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral maritime cooperation during a meeting between the Joint Secretary (International Cooperation), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, and the Ambassador of Panama.

India, Panama Reaffirm Commitment to Strengthen Maritime Cooperation

The discussions explored new opportunities for collaboration across the maritime sector, with a focus on areas of mutual interest that could contribute to enhanced connectivity, trade and sustainable maritime growth.    Both sides also reviewed the progress of the ongoing India–Panama bilateral maritime agreement, which is aimed at deepening cooperation and establishing stronger institutional ties between the two countries.    The engagement reflects the shared interest of India and Panama in expanding maritime partnerships and creating greater opportunities for cooperation in the shipping and broader maritime sectors.
