The latest
achievement surpasses DPA Kandla’s previous national record of 9,03,904 MT,
registered on September 7, 2026. The new performance represents an increase of
60,047 MT, or approximately 6.64 per cent, over the earlier record. The achievement highlights the port’s
operational capabilities, efficient cargo-handling infrastructure and
coordinated efforts of its stakeholders in facilitating high-volume maritime
trade. With this latest milestone, Deendayal Port Authority continues to set new benchmarks in cargo-handling
efficiency, strengthening Kandla’s role as an important gateway for India’s
