Hydraulic Trailer Owners Association (HTOA), a solo body representing Modular Hydraulic Trailer owners, serving the Transport industry for development of Infrastructure consisting of Over Dimensional / Overweight Consignments (ODC/OWC), conducted its 19th Annual General Meeting & Get Together Event. The Meeting was held at the JIO World Convention Centre, Mumbai, attended by majority of HTOA Members across the Nation.
The meeting was Chaired by Mr. Zarksis J. Parabia, Chairman and conducted by Mr. Pawan Jain, General Secretary with active participation of Mr. Shrenik Kataria -Treasurer, Mr. Nilesh Sinha, Mr. Roshan Lal Bhalothia, Mr. Manish Kataria, Mr. Bharat Gandhi, Mr. Akshay Gupta as participant Board Members, Mr. Rajesh Poosarla, Mr. Pritesh Gandhi, Mr. Devansh Patel, Mr. Nekzad Parabia, Mr. Satvinder Singh, Mr. Samin Gupta (Regional Convenors) and Mr. Gopinath Thube, Mr. Girish Rao & Mr. Dhaval Modi (Secretariate)
The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) featured insightful presentations by the Association's leadership on organisational development, industry safety, policy advocacy and professional skill enhancement initiatives.
The presentations collectively reaffirmed HTOA's commitment to strengthening the industry through effective governance, improved safety standards, proactive policy engagement, and continuous professional development.
A key highlight of the evening was the release of the September 2026 edition of Heavy Haulers India's first Heavy Lift journal, themed “Sustainability in Heavy Lift Transportation.” The journal was released by Mr. Benjamin Maushart, CEO, Goldhofer India, in the presence of Editorial Board Members Mr. Sameer Parikh, Mr. Manish Kataria and Mr. Nilesh Sinha, along with Mr. Zarksis J. Parabia, Chairman, HTOA, and Mr. Pawan Jain, General Secretary, HTOA.
Key personnels from OME’s M/s. TII India, VMT Industries, Tratec Engineers with hundreds of leading ODC transporters attended the event.
Mr. Jitendra Patil, Additional Transport Commissioner (Retd.), Maharashtra, addressed the gathering on the Government's green mobility initiatives and appreciated HTOA's initiative in following safe and sustainable practices in heavy lift transportation.
